Refund Policy

Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, we have established the following refund policy to be as fair as possible to both our customers and our engineering team. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our core product, The Ultimate Power BI Templates Bundle, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the templates, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, provided you follow the official refund request process described in Section 2.

2. Mandatory Refund Request Process

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, customers must follow the official process below. This process exists to ensure we can verify the order, address any technical issues, and provide a fair resolution before any financial action is taken.

• Step 1 — Initial Request: Submit your refund request via email to mouad@powerbiforeveryone.co within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted through any other channel (social media DMs, comments, third-party platforms) will not be processed.
• Step 2 — Required Information: Include your full name, order ID, the email used at checkout, and the date of purchase. Incomplete requests cannot be verified and will be returned for clarification.
• Step 3 — Good Faith Communication: Customers are required to respond to our follow-up emails within 7 days. Our support team may ask clarifying questions or offer to resolve specific issues (e.g., download problems, file compatibility) before issuing a refund.
• Step 4 — Resolution: Once verified and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Power BI For Everyone, you agree to contact us directly and exhaust the refund process described in Section 2 before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, or while a refund request is actively being handled by our support team, is considered a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Submit full evidence to the payment processor, including proof of product delivery, login/access records, download timestamps, IP logs, this signed policy, and all communication history (or lack thereof).
• Revoke the customer's access to all purchased digital products, license keys, templates, prompts, and bonus materials immediately upon dispute notification.
• Permanently ban the customer's email and payment details from any future purchases or services from Power BI For Everyone.
• Pursue recovery of any chargeback fees, administrative costs, and the original transaction amount through collections or legal channels where applicable.

Customers who follow the proper refund process outlined above will always receive fair and timely resolution. Disputes are reserved for cases of genuine fraud — not as a substitute for emailing support.

4. Non-Refundable Items (Exceptions)

Please note that certain "add-on" products and limited-time offers are exempt from this 30-day guarantee due to the proprietary nature of the logic and prompts contained within them. The following items are non-refundable:

• Order Bumps: Including the "AI Power BI Prompts Masterpack" (+50 battle-tested prompts).
• Upsells: Including the "Power BI Release Validator 2.0".
• Any other specific digital training or code-heavy logic assets clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout.

These exceptions are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Completing checkout constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of their non-refundable status.

5. Digital Nature of Product

Since your purchase is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, it is deemed "used" after the download link is accessed, the file is opened, or the license key is activated. We provide detailed product descriptions, live demos, screenshots, and feature lists on our website specifically so you can make an informed decision before purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to review this material — particularly before purchasing add-ons listed in Section 4.

6. Ineligible Refund Reasons

While we honor our 30-day guarantee for the core bundle, the following are not considered valid grounds for a refund:

• "I changed my mind" after extensively downloading and using the templates.
• Failure to read the product description, system requirements, or feature list before purchase.
• Lack of technical knowledge in Power BI itself (we provide setup documentation, but cannot refund based on user skill level).
• Requests submitted after the 30-day window has expired.
• Claims of "non-receipt" without first contacting support to resolve delivery issues.
• Buyer's remorse following a successful download and use of the materials.

7. Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction regardless of the 30-day window or the item type, provided the duplicate is reported in good faith via email.

8. Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

9. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing your purchase at Power BI For Everyone, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. This policy is binding and forms part of the agreement between you and Power BI For Everyone. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not complete your purchase.
